Makeup Tutorial: Neutral Eye

Hey guys! My sis and I have been working on a great, easy and simple eye tutorial for you.

 

Okay so here are the four easy steps needed to create this look:

         (Steps start at bottom left and go to upper right)

 

 

1. Start by applying a eye shadow primer or base. This will ensure that your shadow will stay on all day long.
2. Next, apply a shimmery color of your choice. We used Venus from the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette.
3. After that, use a medium matte brown color to deepen your crease. This will add definition and depth. We used Naked 2 and Faint combined together.
4. Lastly, apply a generous amount of mascara or as much to your liking.
   
   
   
   
   
   

 

 For Lips: Try a moisturizing lip stain. We used the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain.
