Review: Rimmel Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer

Today we will be doing a review on a fairly new product to the drugstore. It is one of the few eyeshadow primers that is sold at the drugstore. Today, this one is from Rimmel London.

To start off, it is a silicone based primer so it feels very thin and almost non existent when being applied. The product itself says to smooth over the eye and then wait for it to dry. After that you can apply the shadow but in our opinion. In our opinion though, it isn't really needed.

Also, Rimmel claims that it is waterproof and won't let your colours fade and both of these statements are false. This product doesn't keep the eyeshadow on for long and the intensity lacks. Even when used with high end shadows like Urban Decay and Mac.

Overall, the color payoff you get when using this product is lacking for us. It just doesn't live up to it's standards and claims.
