Hello everyone! Today I have a super exciting recipe to share with you all! This is a quick and easy snack to make that is easy to take on the go.
INGREDIENTS
- ⅔ c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. flaxseed
- ½ c. natural creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ c. mini chocolate chips or M&Ms,
- Optional: coconut shavings
DIRECTIONS
- Place the oats and flaxseed in the bowl.
- Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Carefully fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
